The trial gives you 1 workspace, 2 social accounts, 2 competitors, and scrape-only data (last ~10 posts per account on first fetch). Upgrade any time to unlock the full tier you picked at signup. Trial is available on Creator, Pro Creator, and Brand; Agency is contact-sales.

Your data stays put — nothing gets deleted. You can upgrade at any time and pick up exactly where you left off; your accounts and competitor list re-bind the moment you pay. We hold trial data for 30 days before clearing inactive workspaces.

Per workspace. A "workspace" is one brand or one creator identity with its own connected accounts and competitor list. If you manage three brands, you'd have three workspaces — each with its own plan. Brand includes 3 team seats and Agency includes 10 seats on every workspace, so the workspace owner can invite teammates and clients to that workspace without separate subscriptions.

A seat is one person you've invited as part of your internal team. The workspace owner counts as one seat. Brand includes 3 internal seats per workspace, and Agency includes 10, which is enough for a small marketing team or a full account-services pod. Internal seats use the Admin or Member roles. The Viewer role is separate, and it's uncapped, so you can give as many clients as you want their own read-only login without using up your internal seats.

Yes — that's exactly what the Viewer role is for. Invite the client by email from Settings → Team and they get their own login that opens straight to the workspace brief. They can see the brief, signals, and reports, but can't change settings, add competitors, or burn the regenerate quota. Available on Brand and Agency.

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of your billing period; no phone calls, no retention specialist, no friction. Your data exports to JSON on request before deletion.

Mashal never sees your social platform passwords — every connection is via the platform's official OAuth flow. Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security) hosted on AWS, with daily backups. We are GDPR-compliant for EU customers and PIPEDA-compliant for Canadian customers. Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you don't lose access to features you've already paid for.
